This course is for Qualified nurses who have previously attended the Continence - DAY 1: Management of Incontinence for Qualified Staff. The course aims to enable participants to gain an understanding of basic anatomy of the bowel, causes of constipation & faecal incontinence, assessment, prevention, treatment and management of common bowel problems and includes digital rectal examination and manual removal of faeces. |
