| Course Description: |
This course is designed for staff in all areas who care for people who are approaching the end of life. It provides an overview of issues that affect carers and those being cared for including advance care planning, symptom control, care in the last days of life and care after death. There will be dedicated time allowed to discuss any subjects regarding this sensitive area.
This course is free to attend and has been funded by Nottingham City Clinical Commissioning Group. Please ensure that you can attend both days before enrolling. No more than 2 members of staff from any team/care home should attend the same course and a fee may be charged if you enrol but do not attend.
All delegates must to be able to attend both days. |
