This Clinical Supervision Session is for all registered clinical staff and is multi-professional. It aims to provide an overview of supervision, and explore good clinical supervision principles and practice, and the impact this has on quality, safe and effective care, and valuing and developing clinical staff. It will also cover the requirements of the role of preceptor. This session would be considered role essential training for anyone providing clinical or preceptorship supervision for other clinical colleagues within CityCare. |
