The purpose of this training session is to provide an overview of CityCare’s Managing Health and Sickness Absence Policy as well as to provide support and tips on managing employees through the process. We will also cover the management of long term underlying health conditions and any adjustments/support required for these employees, how to carry out informal and formal meetings and the importance of looking after staff wellbeing. This session is aimed at all of those involved in managing Sickness Absence. |
