| Course Description: |
During this training you will be challenged to consider the following: How does cultural backgrounds influence the way we interpret/interact with the world? Does how we perceive the world affect our behaviour? How are our expectations of other cultures shaped? The session will focus on why it is important to support our colleagues from Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority communities. But, you can also use what you learn to support people from every underrepresented group.
You will also be asked to complete some pre-work 1 hour before the session is due to start, so please take this into consideration. |
