Course Description: |
This record keeping training outlines the latest National, Regional and Local record keeping requirements in line with the NMC, RCN and Nottingham CityCare organisational requirements. It is essential training for clinical workers and colleagues new to Children’s Services. The training will support you to write quality records and focus on the analysis and action planning for safe, effective care and the best outcomes for the child. You will also understand the importance of contemporaneous record keeping and learn how to avoid repetition when writing a record. Safeguarding is incorporated throughout the training to allow you to understand why we ask you write all that you do. The day will be interactive & informative and will provide you with an opportunity to evaluate your record keeping skills through presentations and interactive workshops. It will support you to use SystmOne effectively to enhance your record knowledge with tips, shortcuts and how do I’s, all of which aim to ensure all practitioners are compliant with the latest requirements within record keeping. |
