| Course Description: |
The record keeping update is required every three years and is essential for all staff who are clinical and have face to face contact with infants, children and young people and families. The training provides an update you on the latest National, Regional and Local record keeping requirements in line with the NMC, RCN and Nottingham CityCare organisational requirements. It will also look at findings from audits and provide information on best practice to ensure practitioners continue to create high quality records in line with the Record Management Policy. The training will also revisit the importance of quality analysis and SMART actioning planning to evidence safe effective care and the best outcomes for the child. |
