This is a 10 day programme for all new and existing staff in a Manager, Team Leader or supervisor role. It is being delivered over the course of 3 months and all 10 days must be attended to obtain sign off as having completed the course. The course will cover a range of topics including Understanding Leadership / Management, Values based leadership, High performing effective teams, EDI for Managers, Recruitment and selection process, ESR, Managing Attendance, Health & Wellbeing, Grievances and Disciplinary procedures, Resolving conflict, Change management, Performance and other relevant subjects. |
