All practitioners delivering the Two Year Review e.g. CYPSW, CYPP, CPHN, SCPHN & FNP |
| Course Description: |
The aim of this training is to support practitioners (CYPSW, CYPP, CPHN, SCPHN & FNP), to understand the new standard operating procedure for the 2-2.5 Year Review and relevant changes. The Resource directory will also be discussed which supports with providing information to parent/carers of the latest evidence which supports their child’s health and development, along with steps to take for children who may have specialist needs and section 23 requirements. Information of concerns and referral to the Targeted Healthy Lifestyle Team is also discussed.
Non-caseload holding practitioners will also be informed of the steps to be taken should they need to raise concerns and all staff will consider everyone’s professional accountability when delivering the review for safe, effective and holistic care which places the voice and wellbeing of the child at the centre of this review.
Staff are expected to review the SOP which is available on the POD before or after the training. |
