| Course Description: |
This session covers responding and understanding that is delivered face to face, this session is a 3hour training session that will look at identifying and responding to domestic abuse including exploring barriers such as trauma, intersectionality, protected characteristics and multiple disadvantage, and how they impact on survivors experiencing abuse and accessing support. It will also explore non-fatal strangulation, brain trauma and learning from Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews (DARDRs) including familial abuse. |
