5-19 POC Training - This 2-day training has been developed to support practitioners working within the 0-5 team to safely and effectively deliver Programmes of Care to the parents/carers of infants and younger children. The training covers the fundamentals of behaviour change, toilet training and constipation, healthy lifestyles, behaviour and parenting, sleep, speech, language and communication. ** Please note, practitioners working in 5-19 teams should only complete the 5-19 Programme of Care Training ** |
