| Course Description: |
YMCA Mental Health Training is divided into 2 x individual sessions: Day 1 and Day 2.
Day 1 will cover 4 modules: Resilience, Anxiety & Depression, Self-harm and suicide Awareness and Risk-Taking Behaviour.
Day 2 will cover Body Confidence, Substance Misuse, and Sexual Health.
It is designed for Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (School Nurses), Family Nurse and Community Public Health Nurses who feel they would benefit from attending a mental health session to support their practice.
All sessions are listed. Please book two sessions as you are required to complete day 1 and day 2 to complete the full mental health training. |
