This session is an introduction to understanding what it means to be an Active Bystander in the workplace. It's an interactive session designed to raise awareness, equip you with practical tools to challenge inappropriate behaviour and change culture through safe and constructive challenge. It aims to empower you to be an active bystander and make positive changes to create a more respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe environment for everyone. This session is open to all colleagues and is a great first step for anyone interested in learning more about what being an Active Bystander involves – whether you're considering becoming a Champion in future or just wanting to gain an insight and understanding of Active Bystander principles. |
