This training has been designed by NHS England for all Health Visitors, CPHN's working 0-5 and Nurse Associates involved in informing parents about New Born Blood Spot Screening and results (NBBS) and those completing NBBS testing. The training will provide candidates with an overview of the new additional test - Hereditary Tyrosinemia Type 1 (HT1) which will be the 7th Inherited Metabolic Disorder (IMD) added to the New Born Blood Spot Screening programme from July 2025. |
