This online course explores how cultural backgrounds shape behaviours, communication and workplace relationships. Through two interactive sessions, participants examine their own cultural lens, learn key frameworks from Erin Mayer's book The Culture Map, and explore differences in time orientation, trust - building, leadership expectations, decision - making and communication styles. The course concludes by translating these insights into practical tools to improve collaboration, inclusion and cross - cultural working |
