0-5 POC Training - This 2-day training has been developed to support practitioners working within the 5-19 team to safely and effectively deliver Programmes of Care to school-aged children and young people. The training covers the fundamentals of behaviour change, continence, healthy lifestyles, behaviour and parenting, sleep and an oversight of mental health and sexual health. ** Please note, practitioners working in 0-5 teams should only complete the 0-5 Programme of Care Training ** |
