Facilitation training is designed to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required to effectively lead and support learning within group settings and staff training sessions. The training focuses on key areas such as communication, managing group dynamics, creating inclusive and supportive environments, enabling practitioners such as SCPHN, CYPSW, NSPW, CYPP to confidently plan, deliver based interventions and educational sessions. |
